"Where can we find our E-Ticket?"
The E-Ticket is sent along with the payment confirmation email.
Please just read the entirety of the email as it is usually attached below."How do we pay for our kits and our slots?"
The payment details will be sent in the confirmation email, please just wait for the admins to send them."I've already paid but I haven't recieved a payment confirmation email."
Please wait, our admins will be sending them to you soon. Our admins also have our own personal commitments so it might take a little bit of time to send out all the emails needed."What if we want to move our slots (e.g. Day 1 to Day 2, Online to Day 2)?"
Please just DM us so we can move your details accordingly, given that there are still enough spaces per day."How to get to the venue?"
We will be releasing a map going to the venue from easily accessible public transport stations
(e.g. LRT, MRT), so follow us to keep updated!"What happens in these types of events?"
We have a program of games and a raffle at the end of the event, so stick around!
You can also meet and have fun with your co-carats!"Can we donate merch to the event?"
Yes, sponsors and donors will be gifted a special gift bag as well."Can we sell merch (e.g. stickers, keychains, photocards) in the event?"

We are open for collaborations and CSE franchising, just DM us."What if we can't attend the event onsite due to scheduling conflicts?
That's alright, we'll just ship your kit to your address! However, please keep in mind that we will only be holding your kit for a duration of one (1) month ONLY. If you still haven't answered the shipping form or have the kit delivered past that period, the team is now allowed to take any means for the disposal of the kit without refunds.

Online Kit FAQs

"Will the online kit payers be included in the raffle?"
Yes, people who have availed of the online slots will be included in the raffle pool."When will you be shipping out the online kits?"
The payment details will be sent in the confirmation email, please just wait for the admins to send them.
For Batch 1 of online kits, if the form is not answered within three days,
your kits will be shipped out AFTER the event.
For Batch 2 of online kits, your kits will be shipped out AFTER the event."How much is the shipping fee?"
Please wait for the shipping form to be emailed to you."The form is closed but I still want to purchase the event kit."
We will be selling our merchandise online after each event,
so stay tuned and keep an eye out for announcements!"How long do we have to claim our kits?"
Both onsite and mail orders will be stored with the admins for a duration of one (1) month ONLY from the date of the event.
